Busy teams. Rising costs.
The same work, on repeat.

Your team is paying for AI tools, yet still losing hours to drafting, checking and reporting. A few people move faster. Everyone else is left to work it out alone.

Every week this continues costs time and capacity. The gap grows when other teams turn those individual gains into a better way of working.

The Tomorrow Kind approach

Measure. Move.
Multiply.

Measure

See how your team uses AI today. Find the time lost, the skills missing and the work worth improving.

Move

Build confidence through real work. Give people practical workflows, clear checks and a useful next step.

Multiply

Make progress shared. Spread what works, build ownership and track the value across the team.

Know your team’s level.
Make the next move.

People in the same team can be at different levels. We measure the starting point, then build the skills and habits that help the whole team progress. You don’t need to begin at Level 0.

  1. Level 0

    Observer

No meaningful use in the past month.

  2. Level 1

    Explorer

Occasional use, mostly working things out alone.

  3. Level 2

    Operator

Weekly use, shared resources and checked outputs.

  4. Level 3

    Builder

Builds workflows and helps colleagues use them.

  5. Level 4

    Multiplier

Redesigns work and lifts the people around them.

Understand the levels and what comes next

Level 0 · ObserverStart with a relevant example and a safe task to try.

Level 1 · ExplorerBuild a regular practice, with approved tools and checks.

Level 2 · OperatorTurn useful tasks into repeatable team workflows.

Level 3 · BuilderDevelop ownership and measure value beyond one person.

Level 4 · MultiplierKeep improving how the team works as its capability grows.

Progress means stronger habits and better work—not collecting tools or racing to a label.

Business owners and leaders on Jillian’s AI strategy and training work.

Jillian built our session around the work we actually do every day, not a canned demo. It was a jumpstart that helped our team become more comfortable using these tools and gave them a solid foundation for building workflows the whole team can use. A few months in, our team has leveraged those initial learnings and is now running repeatable workflows for agreement drafting and review, validating drafts against what was actually requested, and our monthly contract reporting to leadership.

This wasn't about what AI can do for my business, but why and how to use it.

A very clear, structured introduction by Jillian into an amazing development area of society with AI, which introduces particular personal and commercial challenges.

Working with Jillian was a deeply collaborative experience. … Her approach is refreshingly realistic; she didn’t just push technology for technology’s sake, but instead tailored her AI transformation strategy to fit our unique budget and operational needs.

Key
questions.

Is the sprint right for our team?

It is designed for a team already trying AI, with a recurring workflow problem and a leader who can act on the findings. Around 10–20 people is a useful starting scope. If you need basic confidence first, a masterclass or training may fit better. We establish that on the discovery call.

What does it cost, and how do we assess the return?

The sprint starts from £7,500, with scope and fee agreed before work begins. We assess time, cost and quality to estimate the potential value of each workflow. Assumptions, implementation costs and measures of success are made explicit; savings are tested during implementation.

What will we have after 3–6 weeks?

A clear view of your team’s AI readiness, prioritised opportunities, designs for 1–3 workflows, targeted training and a practical roadmap. You will know what to change, who needs to be involved and what implementation requires.

What does our team need to contribute?

Selected conversations, appropriate examples of work and focused design sessions. We agree the time commitment at the start. Deep system access is not required. Technical deployment, integrations and custom development are scoped separately, with the specialist support needed.
